The experimental data for proton elastic scattering from F-19 are in poor agreement. The evaluation was to a great extent based on the structure data for the compound nucleus 20Ne. The resonance parameters for 19F(p,p0)19F scattering were taken from compilation [AJZ91]. Potential scattering was taken into account by calculation of the phase shifts corresponding to the proton scattering on the real potential well of Saxon-Woods form.
